Shipping policy

Shipping
Orders are processed from Modena, Italy by Venuste Italy s.r.l.s., the company managing and distributing the Velvet Phoebè brand, through our logistics partner.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
Orders are processed on the first business day following the order date. Orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be processed on Monday.
Credit cards are charged at the time the order is processed.
During sales periods or promotions, shipments may experience delays.
Venuste Italy s.r.l.s. is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control, including weather conditions, customs procedures, or courier issues.
Once the order has been shipped, customers will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (AWB) and a link to monitor the delivery.
Delivery
Upon delivery, customers are required to carefully inspect the package before signing to confirm receipt.
All packages are securely sealed before shipment.
If the package has been opened for inspection by Customs or the courier, it must be resealed with an official inspection label.
If the package appears tampered with or damaged:
The customer must sign the delivery with reservation or refuse the package.

If the delivery is accepted without reservation, the shipment will be considered accepted and no claims may be made.
If a delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer (such as address or phone number), or if the customer refuses delivery:
The package will be returned to the sender at the customer’s expense.
Shipping costs and any customs fees will be deducted from the refund.
Returns
Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving the order.
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
Items must be returned in their original condition
All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included
Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
Additional conditions:
Returns must be shipped from the same country where the order was delivered
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Refunds

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase
