Shipping policy
- Orders are processed from Modena, Italy, by Venuste Italy srls (a company that manages and distributes the Velvet Phoebè brand) Monday through Friday at our logistics intermediary Mail Boxes Via Ippolito Nievo.
- Orders are processed the day following the order date, or the first available business day. Orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be processed by the following Monday.
- Credit card transactions are charged when the order is processed.
- Customers are advised that during promotions and sales there may be delays in shipping.
- Venuste Italy srls cannot be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, customs controls or other circumstances beyond the control of our parcels,
- When the order is entrusted to the courier, customers receive an e-mail notification that provides the waybill (AWB) number for the order and a tracking link
- Upon delivery of the goods, customers are asked to inspect the package carefully before signing for it to confirm receipt of the package. Venuste Italy srls packages are carefully sealed.
- If the customer receives a box that has been opened by Customs or the Courier for authorized external inspection, the package must be found to be sealed with a guarantee or inspection seal by the entity.
- If the package appears tampered with or the original tape is not intact, the customer is requested to sign for receipt of the package with reservation or refuse delivery of the package. In case there is any evidence of package tampering, the customer should promptly contact Venuste Italy srls at our customer service e-mail address vpcustomerservice22@gmail.com
- In case of a tampered package, if the customer does not sign the receipt with reservation, the delivery is automatically considered accepted and consequently any complaints will not be accepted.
- All customers, by placing an order, establish a business relationship with Venuste Italy srls and agree to accept delivery of the package related to their order. If a package is not delivered to the customer's address for reasons attributable to his non-cooperation (wrong/incomplete telephone number, wrong/incomplete address, absent addressee) or if the customer refuses delivery, the package will be returned to the sender Venuste Italy srls at mail boxes Modena in Italy at the expense of the customer. Expenses to be borne by the customer include shipping costs and any customs charges. These expenses will be deducted from the refund due.
RETURNS
- For any reason, the customer may return the order, in whole or in part. Items may be returned for cash refund within 14 days of receiving the package. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were originally sent, neatly packaged and with the return label still attached.
- Returned items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.
- Items must be returned with all original labels, wrappings and other accessories (bags, and garment covers, etc.) received in the package.
- Should customers wish to return merchandise, they are asked to visit the Return Center at this Link (enter the link that will make Vitti) where they are asked to enter their Return Authorization Number (RAN). The request will be taken care of by our operators and you will receive by e-mail all instructions for making the return shipment.
- Authorized returns must be shipped from the same country in which the order was originally shipped.
- Shipping costs associated with the return of merchandise are the responsibility of the customer.
REFUNDS
- In the event that the customer requests a refund for the returned order, the refund will be made upon receipt of the package and only upon quality control of the returned items.
- For orders paid for by credit card, the refunded amount will be visible on the next card statement. Processing time may vary depending on the credit card company, in any case it is approximately 20 business days.
- Refunds are issued in the same currency as the original purchase (EURO).
- Shipping charges are never refunded.
EWWW Image Optimizer
By default, the EWWW Image Optimizer does not store any personal data nor share it with anyone.
If you accept user-submitted images and use the API or Easy IO, those images may be transmitted to third-party servers in foreign countries. If Backup Originals is enabled, images are stored for 30 days. Otherwise, no images are stored on the API for longer than 30 minutes.
User-submitted images may be transmitted to image compression servers in the United States and stored there for up to 30 days.
User-submitted images that are displayed on this site will be transmitted and stored on a global network of third-party servers (a CDN).
